Philosophically, we have been designed the FOS for making implementation simple, fast and undisruptive allowing users to Do-It-Themselves (DIT) with minimum resources. Our FOS is in the cloud and fully managed by our team, means you don’t need expensive on premise hardware servers, maintenance and upgrades. Our aim is to make the on-going operational utilization effective and economical for our customers.

We however recognize that some users may need assistance at times and who can avail our customized services at competitive hourly rates. Our implementation approach has been designed over years using the experiences gathered from hundreds of implementations. We fully understand port business so decisions are made jointly during implementation process.

Implementation & Training

Implementing our FOS is simple but our decades of experience suggests that the total cost of ownership is significantly lowered when the superusers are adequately trained. We can provide both online and onsite training to all customers which can be further supported by additional training resources such as DIT documentation and videos. Familiarization and refresher training courses can also be delivered to existing or new users.

Project management

Basic to advanced level of project management methodology can be provided depending on the size of the implementation e.g. a small facility will need minimum PM resources. You can also avail our project management expertise and resources for other software implementations such as ERP, CRM, Financial Software, etc.

Best practice

Initial and on-going consulting services ensure the set-up is right for your business. Consulting services are available for both existing customers and prospective customers. In performing a needs analysis and review of business processes, we can understand complex and unique business processes and requirements.

Support

Support is delivered by experienced and knowledgeable consultants. Unlike many other software companies, when you have a question, you are always dealing with someone who has the necessary in-depth understanding of FOS or domain processes.

Visit our Online Customer Portal where pre-recorded training videos are regularly updated. Customers can save costs by using the training videos as opposed to contacting support directly when dealing with small issues and as a tool for training new employees.
